福岡市生まれ。鎌倉在住。
大学で教育心理学について学び、フィリピンで国際協力の
現場に携わったのち、独学で表現の道にすすむ。
旅や日常で得た気づきをとっかかりに、生きていることへの問い、
生命あるものへの応答のプロセスとして作品を制作する。

10年ほど絵画や壁画制作、ワークショップなどを中心に
活動してきたが、2024年9月から一色刷りの木版画制作を開始。
色の極まった状態としての光と影の表現を、板の上で探究している。
表現アートセラピーの手法を取り入れたワークショップを
不定期で開催し、創作と癒しを身近なものとして
体験できる場づくりを行なっている。

Born in Fukuoka City, Japan,
and currently based in Kamakura,
she worked in the field of international cooperation
in the Philippines after completing university studies.
Subsequently, she pursued artistic practice
through independent study.

Grounded in observations and reflections
drawn from travel and everyday experience,
her work investigates fundamental questions
of human existence and engages with living beings
as an ongoing process of response and inquiry.

For approximately a decade,
her practice has focused on painting,
mural production, and participatory workshops.
In September 2024, she began working with
single-color woodblock printing,
using the medium to examine the interplay
of light and shadow as a distilled state of color,
explored through the physical surface of the wood.

In parallel with her studio practice,
she facilitates workshops on an occasional basis,
incorporating methodologies derived from expressive arts therapy.
